Don’t worry—you can add a shampoo service if needed *Loc Size Guide* - Current pricing reflects "Medium/Average" sized locs. *Medium/Average Size = Average Locs → About the width of a pen/Sharpie (most common). “Length-Based Pricing” - Pricing is based on loc length. Please select the option that best reflects your current length when booking. ~Service Time Disclaimer~ The displayed times are estimates based on average ranges. Actual duration may vary depending on loc size, length, density, and chosen add-ons…thank you for your patience and understanding.. ~Add- On Options~ Treatment Add-Ons - Services like shampoo, conditioning, or loc detoxing are not included in base pricing. Please add these as an "Add-On Treatment" if desired when booking. Style Add-Ons - Additional fee applies for styles such as 2-strand, 3-strand, or barrel twists. If desired, please select your preferred style add-on when booking. At-Home Appointments - A $50 travel fee is added for mobile services. Please select the "At-Home Appointment" add-on option when booking.
Cancellation Policy
At Hairvival, your time and beauty are our top priorities. To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, please review our deposit, no-show and cancellation policy carefully: ~Appointment Duration Disclaimer* Appointment durations are estimates. Factors such as hair prep, length, density, and style details can extend or shorten your service time. ~ Nonrefundable Deposit ~ To secure your appointment, a $20 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot and applies toward your total service cost. Please note: - The deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred to reschedule your appointment if done within the allowed cancellation window. - Appointments without a paid deposit may not be confirmed or held. - Failure to pay the deposit will result in the appointment being released to other clients. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and professional scheduling process. ~ Appointment Cancellations ~ Clients may cancel their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior will be subject to a $15 no-show fee. ~ Rescheduling ~ Rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours before the appointment start time through our online system. Reschedules made less than 4 hours before your appointment may also incur the $15 fee. ~ No-Shows ~ If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a $15 no-show fee will be charged. ~ Late Arrivals ~ If you arrive late, your appointment may be subject to rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. ~ How to Cancel or Reschedule ~ Please cancel or reschedule via phone, text, email, or through our online booking system within the timelines above to avoid fees.
