Service Description
Achieve a polished, sleek look with a classic ponytail style customized to your desired height and finish. This service includes prep, molding, styling, and finishing touches for a flawless, long-lasting ponytail. *Please note* - Hair extensions/bundles are NOT included in the service price and must be provided by the client. - Please arrive with the bundles for your appointment. * FAQ: How many bundles do I need? Recommended Bundle Guide: - Short/medium ponytail (12–18") → 1–2 bundles - Long ponytail (20–24") → 2 bundles - Extra-long ponytail (26"+) → 2–3 bundles *Please note* - Clients should arrive with hair detangled and ready for styling - Hair must be free of excessive product buildup. - A wash service may be required for an additional fee if necessary. *Please note* The estimated appointment duration is provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on hair density, length, condition, and desired styling details. ~Appointment Add-Ons~ - Wash/Condition/ BlowDry: $30 - Extra Volume Ponytail (3+ Bundles): $20 (only available for "Extra Long 26' or longer) - Swoop Bang: $10 - Feed-In Accent Braids: $15 - Wand Curls: $15 - At- Home Appointment: $65
Cancellation Policy
At Hairvival, your time and beauty are our top priorities. To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, please review our deposit, no-show and cancellation policy carefully: ~Appointment Duration Disclaimer* Appointment durations are estimates. Factors such as hair prep, length, density, and style details can extend or shorten your service time. ~ Nonrefundable Deposit ~ To secure your appointment, a $20 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot and applies toward your total service cost. Please note: - The deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred to reschedule your appointment if done within the allowed cancellation window. - Appointments without a paid deposit may not be confirmed or held. - Failure to pay the deposit will result in the appointment being released to other clients. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and professional scheduling process. ~ Appointment Cancellations ~ Clients may cancel their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior will be subject to a $15 no-show fee. ~ Rescheduling ~ Rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours before the appointment start time through our online system. Reschedules made less than 4 hours before your appointment may also incur the $15 fee. ~ No-Shows ~ If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a $15 no-show fee will be charged. ~ Late Arrivals ~ If you arrive late, your appointment may be subject to rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. ~ How to Cancel or Reschedule ~ Please cancel or reschedule via phone, text, email, or through our online booking system within the timelines above to avoid fees.
